IF they are both Q1 win opportunities for both, a close Trojan win might be best for Iowa.
Don't want IU's net dropping too far, but they already have one more Q1 win than the Hawks and need USC's net to rise a bit.

No, USC winning works best for Iowa here.
IU stays a Q1 win for Iowa and USC moving up the net rankings can turn that win into another Q1 win for the Hawks.
(USC won't be Q1 after tonight, but they'll be moving in the right direction)
