Hawks can look forward to face a big shot blocker next Wed in Seattle...guy has 6 blocks in first 12 minutes.
We need to shot fake...a lot.
Wash 21 NW 20 6 minutes 1st half.
Now Wash running away with this...
Yates is a problem ...the big frosh is good.

I don't feel very good about next Wed game..hope I am wrong. They are a talented team.

Not saying I'm predicting a no-doubt Iowa win in Seattle, but I think its fair to say that Iowa's defense is just a smidge better than NW's. As is their OffEff numbers.
IMO, its the rebounding battle that will be the biggest decider of the game this coming Wednesday. Steinbach is a monster on the O boards and Kepnang cleans up the boards on the shots he doesn't block on the D end.
According to Revsine, injuries and a really tough early season schedule.
(I don't really now, personally, so taking his word for it)

Serves Cronin right, incessantly bi---ing about the schedule, and now losing at home.
I generally don't care much about guys - let alone follow their careers - after they leave (via transfer), but I think its safe to say that most would agree that Iowa 'added by subtraction' in OF's case.
They've had to re-invent their team and roles around some key injuries. That and yes, they had a very tough schedule. Their last 7 games however appear to be very winnable games for them.
When was Freeman last hurt? Announcers were going on and on about how he's had a hard year due to injury and that he didn't look like he trusts his health.
Hasn't he been healthy for a few months?
During a recent Creighton game I heard the announcer mention something about an ankle.
Just checked his season totals...he's played in 18 games.
Creighton has played 22 games.
The box score from today's game with UCONN says that he had 7 points and 2 rebounds.
Yep, what I posted was about half way through 2nd half as I watched the game for a few minutes.
