Yep. And the coach Herb Sendek is a veteran coach - Miami (OH), NC State, Arizona State and Santa Clara. It looks like he brain locked for a second and was too late on the timeout call. If he turns to his right instead of left, the ref there may have granted the TO.

It's been said but it's simply INSANE to NOT foul up 3 with under 10 seconds, let alone 2 seconds. It has and never will make sense to me..even if coach doesn't call it, jump bump the guy...game over...lucky Kentucky.
