What a battle. After Carstensen whistled the Nebby guy for celebrating a 3 giving Nebby a 9 point lead, it all went down hill from there for Nebby.
Crazy ending! Nebby (up 2) had to chuck a 3 to beat shot clock. MSU comes down and doesn't call TO. Cooper drives and is 'fouled' with less than a second left. 2 FTs MSU to tie.
I LOVE that Debbie is getting screwed, but who calls that little tap reach in on anyone with under a second left??

Gonzaga survives Seattle. Seattle should have won this game. Had a chance at the buzzer and missed a critical ft to not go up by 3 wirh 33 seconds left.
Seattle would have been the best team in Washington as they have already beat Washington and Washington St.

Did you watch that game? One of the most abysmally reffed games I've ever seen.
The ISU game wasn't anywhere near as one-sided, but ISU got 6 bizarre free throws on what should've been travels or offensive fouls. Enough to tilt the game.

3 point game ND leads. They try to foul, and finally get the call, as the Cal player makes a 3. FT wins it. ND coach wasn't thrilled with ref ... and pulled a Fran!

That ref that called the foul should also be reprimanded.
1) the actual contact/fouls occurred before the shot
2) there was no contact on the shooter when the foul was called

Why do we never see a public reprimand of officials that is followed by an apology to the team they just screwed? Asking for an acquaintance.
