Starting to look like deja vu for Nebraska if they don't wake up....28-22 Nebraska after being up 28-0. Minnesota's starting qb out too...their backup Morgan in and their wild cat qb Green.

Nebraska comes back with a much needed answer....scores a TD and 2pt conversion. Needed that to stem the momentum. 36-22 Nebraska.

I can see why that freshman QB for Clemson (Lawrence) was #1 recruit in for 2018

46-22 Nebraska now and looks like they should get their first win while boat rowers remain winless in conference. 5 min left in game.

A loss would mean Minnesota is at a league high 8 straight road losses.

Nebraska 46-28. Getting chippy.

Nebraska 53-28.

Nostalgic watching USF v UConn. UConn looking good. This is time of year USF usually goes back to being a pumpkin
Just noticed Temple beat Cincy in OT to give them their first loss of the year. Saw a little bit of that game in the afternoon....Russo didn't look so bad when I saw him but looking at the stats looks like he threw 3 INTs.

WSU with a nice drive down the field, 6 receivers touch the ball but blitz by Oregon leads to INT deep in Oregon territory.

WSU TD out of this formation...the mad scientist at it again. I saw highlights of them using this in their Wyoming game too. Cristobal was fuming after the score...poor tackling waas the biggest issue though. WSU up 7-0.

Oregon comes out of half with a nice drive down the field for a TD, big 4th and 1 conversion around the 10 that Herbert scrambled in for a TD. 27-7 WSU

EDIT: Oregon showing some life out of the lockers. Followed up the TD with a WSU 3 and out and nice punt return around mid field.

27-10 WSU

Oregon strikes again with a busted coverage 27-17 WSU, a tale of 2 halves so far. Oregon with 17 unanswered.

Nice job by Purdue too on the goal line stand.

EDIT: Oregon chipping away some more adding a FG, converting a bunch of 3rd and 4th downs on WSU this half. 27-20. WSU

Purdue with a big play for a TD. OSU as characteristic during this year, vulnerable to giving up big plays. 28-6 Purdue.

Minshew with a good pass and WR going up and getting it for a TD. Crucial 4th and 6 around the Oregon 37 converted on that drive too. After being asleep for most of the half they needed that badly. 34-20 WSU.

EDIT: OSU finally gets in the endzone too 28-13. Purdue

For you Charlie Strong lovers, barely squeaked by the one FBS team possibly worse than us, UConn, at home.

Thank goodness Mario passed on us. I mean, if a coach can't coach proper tackling, what is he good at? And that is after being under Saban's tutelage. What a disaster he is.

Mike Leach is a genius. One of the original disciples of the Air Raid offense whipping out a running play.

Mike Leach is a perfect example of how there are so many personalities that can work and why I never put much emphasis on it. Do you think he's going up and down the sidelines screaming "let's go! let's go! come on!"....not at all but he still puts up good results. He's a quirky guy but he's not a rah rah type.

On the other sideline Cristobal is exactly that an they lost and he's got an NFL qb and good DC he's inherited.....It's still early in his tenure so we'll see but frankly I'm more skeptical of the "let's go" rah rah guy without substance than the stoic guy with substance. Orgeron could win a national title and I still wouldn't think much of him...without Aranda he'd have no shot. Two shots at OC and eh results at best...Aranda was gifted to him by Miles.

I mean either can work but I tend to lean towards one.

Chip Kelly gets his 2nd win as UCLA beat Arizona 31-30 with Speight coming in for their injured freshman who originally came in for an injured Speight earlier in the season.

Utah beat USC 41-28 looks like they're tied on top of the PAC12 south at 3-2 with USC for now. UCLA isn't even far behind at 2-2.
