Horvat and Rickie - both members at this club (where I work). Both are good guys. Rickie is an exceptional guy. Good look at a golf course (Tequesta) that not many see. Greens were slow here (a few months ago). They were14.7 the other morning.

Questions for you.

Is the $125,000 membership initiation refundable if/when someone quits the club? I see the monthly dues are $1500. Is there a food/drink minimum also.

Nothing back. No food/bev minimum (which I find odd). It's a neighborhood club w/ some non-resident members. There are no guard gates. There is no security. If you live there, you keep your cart in your garage and (in the evenings anyway) go do your thing. If you're a non-resident, we store your cart for you, or you use a fleet cart. They're about to tear down the clubhouse and build a new one.

More youtube golf from Grant and the club where I work (not what's pictured in the thumbnail). I like Grant. Very personable, and is a twenty every time he sees one of us. He gets it. He has a great golf swing if you can't tell.

Good contrast not only in golf swings, but golf physiques in the above video. Obviously Chaz is very short and playing from the Green Tees. Grant is tall - at least 6'3".

Just my opinion, but if Grant was 2 inches shorter, he'd be a better player - only b/c his error would be reduced. The longer and slower the swing, the more time for something to go wrong - especially near the top on either the end of the back swing or the beginning of the down swing.

Chaz has no error w/ his driver. He never misses a fairway. He has physics on his side here.
