Below is a nice summary of "keep right, pass left" laws for I-95 corridor states, including Pennsylvania.
http://highwaypal.com/i95/keep-right-except-to-pass-laws-for-i95-states/

Pennsylvania Statutes 75-3301 – “Except as provided in paragraph (2) and unless otherwise posted, upon all limited access highways having two or more lanes for traffic moving in the same direction, all vehicles shall be driven in the right-hand lanes when available for traffic except when any of the following conditions exist: (i) When overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction. (ii) When traveling at a speed greater than the traffic flow. (iii) When moving left to allow traffic to merge. (iv) When preparing for a left turn at an intersection, exit or into a private road or driveway when such left turn is legally permitted.”

I like it.

I hate people who don't pick up their dog's poop. If you're not responsible enough to complete that simple task, you need to rethink if you're responsible enough to have a dog. And if you come to that conclusion please don't procreate, just buy a plant.

You realize it's the person driving 100 mph who is doing something wrong in this situation, right?

So you are the guy who jams up the whole friggin highway because other people "shouldn't be driving that fast."

I love when Scarlet Nation posters post something that so perfectly fits what I would expect them to say in a given situation.

I don't drive in the left lane except to pass. If someone does this, I move over. BUT, it's not my opinion, it's fact. Driving 100 miles per hour is a far graver and stupider offense than lollygagging in the left lane.

I hate one someone is buying 50 items in the grocery store and begins to take out their money/credit card AFTER the cashier tells them what the bill is. Like it's a shock they actually have to pay. Be ready to hand over your payment as soon as the cashier rings up the last item you prick.

I think not signaling a turn is a New Jersey mindset: If you tell people what you intend to do, somebody will try to stop you from doing it just to screw with you. :)
I hate it when I put on my left turn signal and as soon as the car in that lane
sees it they stomp on the gas to make sure you don't switch in from of them.

I heard an interesting theory about this (aside from their cognitive limitations due to a limited gene pool), PA doesn't have many true acceleration lanes when merging onto many highways, so cars entering highways are driving much slower then then the flow of traffic while they are accelerating. So the dum dums just stay left to avoid rear end collisions even when no entrance ramps are in sight.
It could be that. But, as you imply, it makes little sense. The exits don’t come that frequently and switching lanes to clear space for drivers entering from onramps is just not that difficult.

There is some combination of laziness, self-righteousness and self-absorption going on.

People who talk about "assault weapons" and "common sense gun control" who can't spend 5 friggin minutes to learn what the hell they are talking about. The number of people who have deeply seated gun law beliefs, but think AR-15's are fully automatic is insane. And then when you tell them, "no, you are way of base," they kind of shake their head, like you are selling them a bill of goods. Like you are just trying to mislead them. Man, I friggin hate that. How many well informed gun people have gone through this?

Hell, people who talk about any hot button political issue who can't spend 5 friggin minutes to actually learn what the debate is. Having conversations with people about politics, and then you realize that they don't even know what the debate IS. They are arguing something else altogether. I friggin hate that too.

And while we are on the topic, people who are points 1 and 2, because they think "their" politicians are actually morally and ethically better than "your" politicians. If you cannot step back and recognize how F'd up the entire leadership is, and that all of these guys are shills whose top priority is keeping their job as an elected official then you shouldnt even be allowed to discuss political issues. You are a bot. True believers....man, I friggin hate those people.
And how do you feel about people who get a lot of joy from messing/teasing/trolling such people? I’m asking for a friend. :)

I hate people who don't signal. They did install that feature in every car for a reason. If I knew you were going to turn right, I would then know the reason you are slowing down and would have moved over to the left lane. Instead of joining you in almost a full stop. It's not just a thingy that comes out of the steering column people.
I've been driving about 20 some odd years and not signalling seems like it's gotten increasingly worse in the last handful of years, not sure of the reason. Before you might see someone not signalling on occasion now I feel like it happens at least 30-40% of the time people make turns.

I'm like you in the sense that I think the same thing. I'm not suppose to be a mind reader, the signal is there to communicate with other drivers on the road.

I'll add something else that I feel like I've noticed more lately too which I don't like. I feel like people are using their high beams more in the regular course of driving and they never lower them for oncoming traffic either. I don't use them often but if I do I always lower them for oncoming traffic or if I see lights coming around a corner before the actual car. I'll never use them if I'm behind a car as well. It's just common courtesy.

- I hate Pensyltucky
- I hate most Pennsyltuckians
- I hate any moron Driving in the left lane at the speed limit refusing to move out of the way, whether they are from upstate New York, or Pennsyltucky, it doesn’t matter they’re morons nonetheless

- I hate the Kardashian’s and I hate the Balls. Kind of hoping they all decide to go out on a boat together and it gets hit by a scud missile. Or attacked by Sharknado.

- Slowly I am starting to hate LeBron James. He’s turning into one of the biggest whiners in the history of sports. All the guy ever does is complain about things on and off the court (and was proven wrong RE: comments about Officials only calling fouls on shooters as opposed to calling fouls on guys driving the lane, wrong by about 4% actually).

- I hate Broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, squash, eggplant, brussels sprouts, artichokes, asparagus and probably a few other vegetables that are really good for you. Don’t even get me started with mushrooms. If they don’t make me Feel funny and see waves that I find them to be the most disgusting thing is in the history of food.

- I hate fish Other than shrimp, scallops, muscles, octopus (fried), lobster, crab, clams, and oysters

....oh and rude people. Yup. That’s all for now!

I hate the aholes who speed up when you try to pass them.
Not only that but when you actually do pass they go back to their slower speed. Like what...you went out of your way just to be a freaking prick.

If someone wants to go faster than me, I let them. I don't want to be tailgated and if it's a speed I think is unsafe more reason to have them quickly move on away from you.

Funny I notice many of the comments are related to driving. Is it a NJ thing or a northeast thing...rat race..etc..

I hate people who litter. Especially while driving. Like have a f-ing care about the world you live in and the other people that occupy it.
It's really bad. People just drop things out the window right in the street like it's now a societal norm. Uh, no, it's not, you're behaving like a pig.

But so is lounging in the left lane. Most people know speeding is illegal. Seems like no one understands the left lane is for passing only.

or how about the other way around.... Cars who beep and tailgate drivers on the far right line who are going the speed limit.

Also, why is it that all Jeep drivers break super hard even during heavy traffic?

Also people who drive super slow during light rain and people who drive super fast during massive snow storms.

People who drive with all their cars lights off at night.

People who have their high beam lights on with tons of other cars around when it STARTS to get a little dark...

My son hates anyone driving blue BMW's. Yeah, I know, seems kind of random to me too.

I hate when healthy people who use spots reserved for the handicapped. I also hate people who park illegally (especially at my grocery store) just because they are too frickin lazy to walk fifty feet.

I would say littering was a helluva lot worse when we were kids. I remember stuff all over the sides of 33, 130, 1, NJTP, etc, until maybe the mid-to-Late 80’s??

I agree with you in that case. I'm talking about people dropping stuff right in the middle of residential streets more and more these days. It's awful. I wouldn't call it an epidemic yet, just a general laziness, sloppiness and lack of consideration that has become a little too common. I'm not calling for re-running those Pollution Indian ads just yet. Yet.
