Apparently our military has something even more advanced than that. Look up the TR-3B anti gravitation spacecraft.

Give the podcast on Joe Rogan with Christopher Mullen a listen. It’s pretty damn interesting and Joe does a good job of not interrupting him. He talks about a theoretical “drive” we know about that would alleviate the G Force problem on the human body.

This guy was in the senate intelligence committee for 25 years and more or less was obsessed with UFO activity so he was constantly exploring it behind the scenes with military support.
