Rebel 10 Year Single Barrel 100 proof. A wheated bourbon rumored to be be produced at Heaven Hill using the Larceny and Old Fitzgerald mash bill. It has more flavor than you would expect from something at only 100 proof. Honestly it's an easy sipper with tons of that sweet wheat lingering. Hints of the oak spice from the barrel, but it's in the background.
If you like wheaters and Larceny in particular, this is a more nuanced version of the Barrel Proof. Highly recommend if you can find it.
