It’s his 3rd season. He gets 1-2 conference wins maybe. Looking at their schedule there is a good chance they might actually go winless in the conference. Do they still keep him?

Getting destroyed by Maryland at home has nothing to do with that schedule.
There’s to much money now for the schools to just let apathy creep into a program. I mean Chryst was 67-26 at Wiscy and they got rid of him. Wasn’t long ago they were competing with Ohio State. Look at that stadium last Saturday. Brutal.
27-10 isn't exactly "destroyed". But yeah, losing at home to Maryland doesn't bode well. That's one they needed. Winless in conference is definitely a possibility. Their remaining schedule includes all 5 ranked teams.
They were down 27-3 late in the 4th before a garbage score with seconds left. They were completely embarrassed at home.

I also think Bilichick will only be at NC for the one year. Either him or his girlfriend will say/do something to embarras the school. I doubt he's having that much fun right now...

They've already embarrassed the school. It's clearly not working and he's to old to recruit. Thinks he's smarter than everyone else and can win with whoever he puts out on the field. Not going to happen.
