Make sure the refs keep treating unc like crap
To let my family and friends know that every time they mention 500 million that it's only 150-160 million after lump sum & taxes...'cause I'm sure they'll have all the allotted 500 mill spent.

First off, I'd tithe. 10.0001% would probably make up for past due tithing, but I'd probably go up to about 12%.
Mortgage and grad school loans, a healthy retirement investment, then (adding to) college funds for my 3 kids. I'd definitely use a professional adviser, too. I'd have some fun expenditures, but invest enough that my day-to-day life would have to have some discipline. I'd unbuckle my proverbial belt, not change into sweatpants, so to speak.

I'd try to walk in to work and act like nothing happened until someone made me mad, then I'd laugh at then and quit. I actually like my job so I'd probaby keep it for a while.
Oh, and I'd buy all the guys here tickets to cameron for the duke-unc, game. What a blast that would be to have all us sit together for a game.
1. Payoff my Church - we are a small country Church that had some big - for us - renovation expenses (114 year old Church).
2. Tithe off the rest by assisting small Churches perhaps through setting up a small Church capital expenses foundation - and through supporting missions.
3. Buy the house adjacent to my property and renovate it to be the last house for my parents.
4. Quit my job to start my own renovation business - I have done two old homes - a 1923 American Foursquare, and an old Barn into a house conversion. This is something I love but is currently my third job I do on weekends and Saturdays.
5. Buy a Mini Cooper S and build it into a competitive car to run in the Targa Newfoundland (This is a current part of my wife and my 5 year plan).
6. Tour North America by Motorcycle. I have only ever been able to do one or two week spurts so a long tour would be something I would love to do.

That's not what I'd do... but I might be tempted to give that answer.^^^ This is not my answer to the question but pretty funny
It's up to about 700 million for Saturday night's drawing. If I were going to buy tickets for the powerball drawing I would pay off all my family's bills then I'd give my parents a big chunk of if and I'd also give a big chunk of it to each of my sisters and nieces and nephews. I'd also probably give a nice chunk to a select few close friends. I'd definitely have to buy season tickets to Duke basketball for life. I'd also give a big chunk to several charities.

I actually think that is when you wear crocs. That is giving up.
If I win the powerball, not too many people will ever hear from me again. Unless you like to play golf in North Carolina. Then you might hear from me again.
I read recently that Roy Williams won a 500 million dollar powerball but of course we all know.....He turned it down.

Just got mine. Quick pick and played my kids birthdays. Giving God his portion as always and donating some for colon cancer research in memory of my mom and giving money for research for my daughters stuff. Did I mention front court seats for everyone on here to the Duke/Carolina at Cameron and seats behind the UNC bench in the Ding Dong. I wonder how soon before we get kicked out??
I bought 10. I'd give my 10% tithes. Season tickets to Duke and attend a lot of other road games. Then buy an RV and hit up several NASCAR races...my second passion.
I matched the powerball number on one ticket and won a whopping $4 lol. I hope someone wins it tonight so I won't be tempted to buy any tickets for the next drawing next Wednesday lol.
I don't know if it'll reach 2 billion by the next drawing on Wednesday but it's definitely obliterating the previous record set by the Mega Millions!!
