Maxed pullups and situps. Fastest time in 3 mile run was 18:40, which put my PFT score at 296. Could never get a perfect 300.Semper Fi.

That first game is so hard but after that your body and cardiovascular system just say “fugg it”I play on a rec basketball team once a week for about half the year. It’s fun and good for the old cardio. I’m pretty sure we get way more into it then we should.
He figured out a way to switch hands and gain a strokeIs it right v. left, fastest to completion? What is your criteria?
Don’t know much about guns, but I assume I’m dealing with a much smaller caliber. So basically the same as @PeliniTheCrutch

We do Nintendo switch bowling with the kids.League bowling at least once a week, sometimes more.
Many years ago my wife and I played a Sunday night mixed league in a small town. Eight teams. We would travel to other towns to support their tournaments and they came to ours. My team held together for 8 years with 3 constant bowlers and a revolving player for a year or two then some one different. We were not good. My wife and her friend carried 150+ averages, I was the stiff and struggled with holding a buck thirty-five. We were all pretty consistent holding our handicap though and so our "transfer portal" member was many times a damn good bowler looking for a team for practice on Sunday nights. We won the league twice, were second twice and never finished worse than fourth. State Tournaments were very enjoyable although my game was miserable at every one. That was 30 years ago and my first and only bowling experience. I signed my 9 year daughter and I up for a Adult-Junior event during that time. When we came in that morning my daughter was the only "JR" the rest of the "Juniors" seemed to range between 18 and 30. Not what I had expected. I had my 135 established and my girl had to establish as we played. She would roll her ball and turn away as it rumbled down the alley and pins would go "tink-tink-thunk" for good count. I do not remember if she ever made a spare but she did strike once. Meanwhile, I was rolling over average and at one time the owner told me "Dragon, you two are looking pretty good in this thing." We finished 2nd and we received a pair of 9.5" trophies that are still a part of my cave. Btw, the dirty looks we got from people packing their gear as I put my daughter's ball back on the rack and my cheap Black Shadow ball into a garage sale bag were priceless. Like they were victims of the greatest Sting of all times.League bowling at least once a week, sometimes more.
