They are. The Big10 appears to have 3 very clear tiers this year. Position within the tier is a ranking.

Tier 1 - OSU, IND
Tier 2 - Iowa, UCLA, NW, Nebbie, Wisconsin
Tier 3 - Everyone else is either not good or a box of chocolates where you never know what you're gonna get.

I lost $2 on this game. But I think that roughing call right before the half was terrible. Upside, not too worried about Purdue anymore.

Washington rushed for 188 yards tonight. They rushed for -3 vs Iowa. On the flipside Iowa ran for 263 vs Washington. Purdue has 102 tonight. Iowa scored 41 without the help of any turnovers. Purdue scored 26 with the assistance of 5 turnovers.

I'm thinking luck wasn't a factor.
