On Fridays, I’d add Cottonwood Public House especially if you’re a pizza and craft beer guy.

10 South is great, but they don't open for lunch anymore. It's a head scratcher. I'd plan trips around getting lunch there, and they were always crowded.
Great view, and I've always had good food, but don't think they are open for lunch.
Other options a little on the cheaper side compared to Rusty's and Walnut Hills which are excellent choices:
Main Street Market - Downtown by Old Court House
Gumbo Pot - Cajun Cuisine with a Blue Plate (Behind Chic-Fil-A and near interstate)
Billy's Italian - Pizza/Medium Italian/Hot Subs (Old Outlet Mall off Clay Street)

The place out at the country club used to be good but it's changed several times.
Tony's and southern sisters on 61 north used to be good.

I was gonna recommend Walnut Hills, but it’s Tuesday and they are closed…

Folks hit most of the hotspots. Main street is very good and not alot of people know about it. Rusty's, 10 South, Billie's, Tony's, Southern Sisters, Bovina Café, Mansour's Biscuit Co., Gumbo Pot, Sally's Hot Tamales, Klondike's, and for drive through Goldies Express or Taco Casa.
The Vicksburg Cracker Barrel was excellent [chef kiss].
Ended up at Gumbo Pot. Really good boudin balls and catfish plate. I figured fishwater’s suggestions would be out of my price range.

There's a pizza place just down from Rusty's that has some of the best wings ever. Fried, sauced, and then put back in the brick oven.
I used to think that Goldie's was so good but then I moved away and found out just how bad it really is. That's all any of us knew growing up but you learn quick when you move on that it's not good. Glad to hear about Main Street and the new pizza place. Will check them out over Christmas.
Goldie's is an acquired taste but it's too vinegar based for me. The drive through was decent but the sit down one was trash in my experiences. Much better bbq in the old gas station in Raymond.
