If they were coming from different spots I have to imagine forensics will solve that via the angles bullets were striking background objects and the like-so this one they won't need to rely on grainy dashcam videos, or panicked witness testimony.
Honestly I haven't read a lot on the investigation, I figure its still early days, but have heard no mention of forensic evidence that there was more than one shooter/location.
I don't know. My guess that high up it would have blown away from the hotel some and if he starts shooting immediately after smashing windows people are going to notice the shots.

All that, plus forensics that should solve the "shooters" issue, would have to be publicly available before too much longer you would think. Also want to know where he got the guns, should any red flags have gone up at the time, etc.

You would think by this time that casino video footage would have been released of him bringing stuff to the room. Makes me think that someone was with him, and they have to figure out whether it was help, someone who should have known what was going on and failed to warn, or just pure coincidence.
