my "beloved Florida or Texas"?? I don't even know what that means. You must have me confused with someone else.

And I don't hate democrats, nor do I hate republicans or independents. I hate that Phil & Judy had 10 months to formulate a good plan with the NJDOH and the NJ Hospital Association and the NJ Board of Medical Examiners and the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association for the distribution of vaccines and they didn't.

as of January 5th NJ ranked 13th from the bottom in percentage of residents vaccinated. so that would be NOT a higher percentage of population vaccinated than other states.

January 9th "less than 2% of NJ residents vaccinated" That makes us still near the bottom.

NJ has only distributed 33% of the vaccines it has (as I said previously). West Virginia, however, is kicking *** at 72% distributed

.
Damn, what an *** whooping. Well done!

FL has been vaccinating 65+ for last 2 weeks. Wife and I got ours 4 days ago. We got in early but FL is not limiting vaccines to the 1a of NY and NJ but offering it to all seniors.

Approach should be Vaccinate as many as possible ASAP, instead of playing Cuomo like politics with it and end up throwing out expired vaccine inventory that could have been injected into NY citizens, while the Gov chose winners and losers.

But then people would be complaining about how people who weren't as in need jumped the line. Actually, they're already doing that, but they'd be much louder and more numerous.

Death, taxes, TKR bitching about something.

Florida has vaccinated less of their population than NY has, you hack.

This is why the two ( NY and NJ) governors dropped the ball . They and others complained incessantly about the guy leaving that they did exactly the same in failing to develop a viable plan. Sorry there was more than enough time and lag time between surges.Keep defending these morons it’s coming back soon to bite us all in the ***.

He loves *** whippings it goes with the territory.
no one can even read your posts, and NY now has 3.42 percent of its population vaccinated, Florida only 3.26. NY doing better by numbers, but all you care about is whining against people on the other side of the political aisle.

if you are politician in Washington you certainly had no problems getting the shot--they have the best vaccination rates of anyone--how anyone respects politicians on either side is so dumb--treat them all the same ,phonies, hypocrites and aholes

They’ll be blaming it on him for the next 50 years ...they’re good at blaming others for being inept. The reality is they couldn’t give a shat for anyone other than when it’s time to vote.

All those who are hoping to get back in order to go to games at the stadium and RAC this fall of 2021. Don’t see this happening for quite some time. That is when we will see the true mishandling of getting the vaccine out to the public. Great to have 2-3-4 choices but it better be completed by June of this year or forget opening schools and universities and enjoying some sort of normal.

brad1218 as a 40 year old maybe you chance it but at the first sign of a surge ( even minor) that will stop . The donation is great but unless we see results by June- July you may likely be sitting at home watching it played out on tv again. Time will tell if we are in a better place I hope.

Neither, Murphy generally follows the Fed and CDC recommendations.
Coincidence I would ASSume then ? It’s an election year and he needs to shake the negative vibe generated by not placing the most endangered group into the extinct group. And no question the CDC has been a failure since day one.

No, the recommendation was announced yesterday. No coincidence, Cuomo just spoke to the press first probably.

I can't even get a confirmation whether I'm 1B or 1C.

I did not receive a confirmation either from NJ that I am 1B - I know it from the criteria and the boxes I checked on the online application. My wife and I signed up at the same time and received reply emails with very different wording about when we should expect to be contacted for an appointment.

Edit: the subject line in my confirmation email says 1B. I hadn’t noticed that before. There’s no mention in the body of the email of me being in 1B.

With NJ relaxing its regulations as to who can get it, when, I’m now up(underlying condition) and will do so in a couple weeks!
Did you register online yet ? Not that it means anything in this day and age but probably should . We registered and received the reply of acceptance by the state. 1c but he’s claiming now “ end of February” ? Hoping with today’s announcement things pick up. 600 k + doses available today ... vaccinated since start 243k ... keeps getting more not vaccinated versus
those who have gotten it.

The two emails back on registering stated, ” you are in 1 C and will receive an email when your time to register is available to make an appointment.” Now the 1C is moved up I hope...
