PadgettAre they even gonna have enough for a team next year? I see no commits for 2018; losing Mahmoud, Deng, I think Spalding, Snider. Am I missing any?

We must have watched a different player this past year then. I agree that his defense largely consists of creating contact and flopping. But his offense is good enough to keep him on the floor.McMahon doesn't belong in Division 1 basketball. He launched a few 3s and made them and occasionally figured out how to draw cheap contact by flopping, etc. He knows he doesn't have any business being out there with the big boys. If he continues to play minutes for UofL, they are in big trouble and sure as hell won't make the tournament.

They will add at least two 5th year transfers. That's 60% of their scoring, 61% of rebounds, 65% of assists, 56% of minutes played gone off an NIT team. They have VJ King most likely back and a few pretty decent young guys who were playing behind these departures, but they're going to be incredibly thin. They have 9 players and 2 are walk on guards who picked Louisville over Transy.
Lineup looks like, probably:
Darius Perry
Ryan McMahon
VJ King
Jordan Nwora
Malik Williams
With backups Dwayne Sutton (SG) and Lance Thomas (PF), then a couple of walk on guards.
Jesus, we're gonna beat those clowns by 30, again, on their homecourt. Welcome to the rivalry, Coach Powder.
