Paul McCartney was dead once also. It happened or maybe happened but really did not happen on November 9th, 1966.

Hahaha. People can't wait to post a death. A very weird obsession
It happens at times, but not a laughing matter most of the time.
Just a sad case of being mistaken about someone dying based on the wrong info found
and sharing that with others because the supposedly dead person was well known..
In Mr.Dows case it was reported by a grief stricken person that miscommunicated his health status because of being distraught over his having to be put in a Hospice facility

Response was meant for my crazy stalker of late. No offense to anyone else.

Tony Dow was the one celebrity we saw on the lot on our visit to Universal Studios when I was a kid in the mid-80's. He was jogging and the tram driver told us if we looked to our left we'd see, "Star of stage and screen, The Beaver's big brother... You know him as Wally, Mr. Tony Dow!!!"

He waved.

That's my Tony Dow story.

Amazing wasn't it?

It was pretty cool that he waved.

I misinterpreted a message and prematurely told people that my mother had died

I saw a bunch of Leave it to Beavers somewhat recently... first as a lark, memory of days long past.. then because I was surpised how well it worked. The acting and writing was pretty damn good for a sitcom.
