This guy SUCKS now... It's amazing how just 2 years ago he had one of the best SuperBowl performances ever in the loss against the Eagles, and now he's the weak link of the team. I don't think he will be in New England next season so it will be interesting to see which direction they go in the draft.

He is 42. At some point there was going to be drop off.

His line isn’t great and his receivers are an issue. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if they made it to the Super Bowl.

I'm not a dedicated Brady observer myself, but I did see him last winter tying his kids skates in Lars Anderson Park and I can assure you he definitely still 'had it' as far as the ladies were concerned.

I'm not ready to say he's fallen off a cliff, although as a Bills fan I wouldnt mind. But you can definitely see the cliff. No way I see him playing until 45 as he's mentioned. At least not at an effective level.

His receivers seem more of an issue than him.
OL is an even bigger issue. They can't run the ball the way they did last year. They can't protect Brady, either. They'll still go to the AFC Championship at least. The AFC is not exactly overflowing with geniuses on the coaching front.

The Pats are the luckiest overrated 10-1 team ever. Ws vs Steelers(7-5) when Ben was hurt and much different team now, Dolphins(3-9), Jets(4-8), Bills(9-3), Redskins (3-9), Giants(2-10), Jets(4-8), Browns (5-7), L- Ravens(10-2), Eagles(5-7) and Cowboys(6-6). Texans tonight. They have the Chiefs(8-4) and Bills(9-3), Bengals(1-11) and Dolphins(3-9) left. They will have no less than 12 wins and only 1 win that is over .500 and that team the Bills are overrated too.

The Bills(9-3) their only good win has beaten pretty much the same teams. Jets(4-8), Giants(2-10), Bengals(1-11), L-Pats, *Titans(7-5)* only winning team, Dolphins(3-9), L-Eagles(5-7), Redskins(3-9), L- Browns(5-7), Dolphins(3-9), Broncos(4-8), Cowboys(6-6). Titans their best win and lost to 2 5-7 teams.

NE has the #2 defense in the NFL (yds/g) and is #1 in TO margin. They have also played an easy schedule (ranked 28th). A lot of their fans seem concerned Brady hasn't been himself this year.

It’s this. Fix that and I’ll take Brady over anyone else now in a big game
I wouldn't. Their offense has been below average all season, and Brady can't throw the deep ball anymore. In one game I'd take more than a few QB's over him. Not because he isnt the most clutch QB to ever play, because he is, but he just doesn't have it anymore.

So your hot take is that a 42 year old throws for 321 yds, 3 TDs, 1 Int tonight sucks? His team is now 10-2. Meanwhile 22 year olds like Darnold and Jones are stinking up the joint week in and week out.

You’re right about Brady BUT Jones is a rookie who has now thrown TD passes in 9 straight playing with a broken O ..causing a lot of his TO’s (not today though)..not sure what you expect from him?

Pats rolled the dice on Antonio Brown and got burned. No Gronk this year, and Edleman is only reliable WR so far. Even Sanu was awful tonight - worst game I ever saw him have on any level. I know some Pats had the flu but not sure how many. Brady was even barking at the center, who was forgetting the snap count. Brady is a timing passer and he throws off target in purpose so his WRs can go to ball and not DB. Horrible effort tonight - worst I've seen from Pats in many years

He threw deep balls well enough today. He just does not have any home run threats that can get open or catch a contested ball. Outside of Edlemen, they are a pedestrian group of receivers.

His biggest asset has always been his ability to feel pressure and either step up or dump off the pass. Guys hot open for him and his short passes were accurate. Rodgers might be better all around but Brady had that intangible and Bill as his coach who is one of the best clock managers around.

That was their back up center, the starter was hurt in the game and never returned. At this point I think it will be hard to beat the Ravens, but you can never count out the Pats, ask the Falcons

For the first 3+ Quarters, Brady was like 18-39 189 yds 1 TD 1Int. 132 yds and 2TDs came against prevent last 6-7 minutes. Brady, for the year, has 18 TDs and 6 Int. through 12 games against pretty weak competition. Father time is catching up to him, but he doesn't have very good WRs besides Edelman

Nephew is a huge Pats fan: he thinks the biggest issue is their receiving core. He wants Kraft to reach out and get AB again.

time for him to retire and become the Rutgers offensive coordinator. Giselle wants to move to NYC metro full-time anyway. Now they can buy that house in Alpine that they were considering before settling on Greenwich.
