I usually err on the side of a woman as you would obviously do yourself…
But like you, something smells fishy to me.
You meet a guy(ok- rich/famous) online- first date- consensual sex(ok, all adults here) but he proceeds to choke you unconscious with your own hair and sodomize you…ok- horrific
But you go back for a 2nd time and put yourself in the same position…

It does, but nothing in the story suggests she asked to be punched and he admitted punching her (in the backside) with police monitoring the texts. So he looks straight guilty, setup or not.
