Elon has not paid his way into politics. This is a question I have had since Elon has paid his way into Politics
Wasn't owning a Tesla favored by the left in Trumps first term? So now Trump is advertising them. Help me understand how this happened?
No... Media is nit controlling me buddy. I don't even have cable or an antennaElon has not paid his way into politics.
Elon is brilliant and has brilliant people working for him. He wants to help cut government waste, and is using modern technology to do so. He was a liberal one year ago.
Your question proves that you are the one who thinks you have to be on a "side" and stay on one. Trump wants to cut the government waste and found the best to help him do so, regardless if he has been "liberal" in the past. Musk realized the government is wasteful and our future is doomed because of it, and wants to help regardless of whether the prez is "conservative".
The media is controlling you.
Itās pretty common for extremely bright people to struggle with interpersonal relationships and communication. It wouldnāt surprise me to learn that heās on the spectrum. The crap heās exposing is amazing.I have always thought Musk was an ******* and my opinion of him has not changed. But anyone vandalizing vehicles, dealerships or charging stations should go to prison. There is no excuse for stupid **** like that.
Yep, canāt believe we were trying to prevent people from dying from AIDS in Africa.Itās pretty common for extremely bright people to struggle with interpersonal relationships and communication. It wouldnāt surprise me to learn that heās on the spectrum. The crap heās exposing is amazing.
That would be fine if thatās all it was. Billions of basically blank checks with no notation of what they were for. Corporate officers would go to jail for what our bureaucrats have been doing. Whatās more amazing is that both sides of the aisle have ignored this.Yep, canāt believe we were trying to prevent people from dying from AIDS in Africa.
And the idea that universities should be allowed money to pay for administrative costs for doing research!
I wonder if they know that setting fires to cars with lithium batteries isn't good for the environment. Now the left is attacking their own who bought Telsas. They aren't the brightest
Should it just be called the George Soros Party? Now the left is attacking their own who bought Telsas. They aren't the brightest
Elon gave $250 million to the Trump campaign and literally took over aspects of it. He did a hell of a job too. Elon is or was fighting some lawsuits and government regulations that he wants gone. I imagine that he's gonna get his way on that. So he has an ulterior motive and stands to benefit personally. Elon's not being totally selfless here. Neither is Trump if one looks a little closer at things.Elon has not paid his way into politics.

This is just a friendly reminder that Inside Nebraska is not a place to discuss politics or anything politically adjacent. If you are wondering if something is political, not posting is probably a good idea. There are numerous places on the internet to discuss politics, this is not it.
Political posts include (but are not limited to):
- Mentioning political figures or candidates (including appointed political figures)
- Mentioning political parties or ideals (Republican, Democrat, Conservative, Liberal)
- Mentioning organizations / ideas that are heavily politicized (MAGA, BLM, woke, etc)
- Bringing up politically divisive topics, etc.
If it smells like politics, it's probably politics. Mods are (unpaid) human beings and while we all try to use the above as our guidance as to what constitute politics and try to apply the rules evenly, please remember we're doing our best to enforce the rules set out by the owners and employees of Inside Nebraska.
Did you say perks? Where do we sign up?can I join your fine organization?

That said, I look at my politics like I look at the Huskers. I support the Huskers, but I'm not going to blindly agree with every decision that is made. I don't have "a side" although I vote Republican nearly all of the time. And I hate the political media and how they mislead the addle minded among us.
Or also is simply a crime against America, her businesses and the people that they employ. It is called terrorism against America; it has nothing to do with the environment. These people will be brought to the justice they claim to be denied because of election results and chose violence as a means of "mostly peaceful protest."I wonder if they know that setting fires to cars with lithium batteries isn't good for the environment.![]()
Wasn't there a south park episode where Magic Johnson was injecting "straight cash homie" to survive AIDS? Lol so money MIGHT be it!It's pretty well known how to stop AIDS.
Money ain't it.
I think they are already full up with "lifers" on the moderator side of opinions on this board. Many predated S Callahan. Our $9.95 + tax is unlikely to provide anything substantial for a moderator other than the occasional woody of I taught him who is in charge here.can I join your fine organization?
