it is expensive in some areas...but not all of it is crazy costly.
Way north Scottsdale has many multi-million dollar homes, but Biltmore is much closer to bars, shopping, downtown, campus, sports...etc.

I saw the Mike Conley comparison and I'm not sure I see it that way unless the poster making that comment was just saying his career path would be similar. I don't think they're similar players at all.

I actually think White is similar to a former UK player - Jamal Murray. Murray has really exploded this year and looks to be a player on the rise in the NBA. I'm not sure Coby will reach the same level, but their games are similar. For those that might consider comparing White to a former UK guy off limits, Cuttino Mobley is comp I like.

They are in desperate need of a PG...outside of Morant, he's probably the best prospect in this class.
