OT State presence at Disney

Was shocked to see so many State hats, national championship tee shirts, and car decals over the span of 4 days and 4 Disney parks. Counted 11 different hats and shirts at Animal Kingdom alone, which doesn’t sound like much but it was surprising.

Also got a few “Hail State!” with my cornball Disney/MSU shirt on.

Currently at a stop somewhere in Florida on the way home and a guy mistook the championship t shirt I have on and gave me a “Roll Tide,” then did a double take and said, “oh wait, never mind,” and kept walking.

We go to Universal every other year and we here Hail State many many times. One guy working the ticket station was a State Grad. He was a engineer who has been working at Universal for about 7 months. He said that he had to learn and work every job at the park to understand how it all works together.

I don't think you'll have very many times you can go and not see some Mississippi state gear. That's a relatively easy trip for people in Mississippi. Even if you're driving, almost everywhere in Mississippi is within 12 hours of Disney, which certainly isn't close but that's a doable drive for a lot of families if the alternative if air fair for four plus a rental car.

If you're looking, you'll probably see every SEC school (except for Vandy and Missouri) represented every day there. Never really paid attention, but I know there have always been LSU and UT people. Probably lots of less obnoxious school colors that I don't even notice but would if I was looking for them like MSU.

We went right after Leach was hired and I had my MSU hoodie on (it was actually cold) and had Hail States being yelled out the whole time and then just random people saying something about Mike Leach.

I had the same thing happen to me at the gym. I looked at her funny and she did a double take and said she was sorry and walked away. 17en color blind people at fanatics
