Anyone sign up for Solar Simplified or something similar (community solar)? Evidently it's legit. It's directed at folks who can't or don't want to install solar panels. Participants subscribe to a local, off-site solar array which sells electricity to the local utility grid. You receive credits on your utility bills for the electricity generated by your share, usually reducing your monthly energy costs by 10-20%. They charge you a discounted rate for the credits.
