This is the 3rd best decision. The best decision would have been to announce this abbreviated card earlier in the week when we all knew how hot it was going to be for everyone.

My former neighbor Jose Ferra was the jockey. Great guy. Back from an injury. Happy for him. He had two awesome Great Danes. Diesel and Lilly. Both were bigger and taller than he was. My Scarlet loved them.
