We don’t do much trading with Russian but on the world economy it will have a huge impact. Food and oil prices can expect to go much higher here in the US. Russia exports about 40% of Europe’s natural gas. So if there are sanctions placed on Russia for this, then they could cut off the supply. Not to mention just the uncertainty in the market which would have an impact of your person investments

And it’s our fault that Russia is able to control Europe the way that they do. Russia supplies most of the natural gas to Eastern and Northern Europe. We could easily offset that reliance but choose not to. All Putin has to do is threaten to cut off the heat and his European adversaries cower.
