The Stones are preparing for another concert tour. Can you believe it? I think the combined age of the four members is like 380. Just kidding. They are about my age, which is old, but hey, I still enjoy listening to old time rock ‘n roll. And how in the world can Keith Richards still be going strong after all the cigarettes, bourbon and ?? that he has ingested? When they’re really finished, I’ll start putting my affairs in order. If I’m having any affairs.

Do they get a standing ovation when they're rolled out in their wheelchairs?

Incredibly, they are all still quite mobile. I’ve recently seen a video clip of Mick Jagger dancing down the sidewalk. He is 75 and still has groupies. Sometimes I wonder if I should have taken up the guitar instead of electrical engineering. Not really.

The Rolling Stones might get a standing ovation if they open with “Honkytonk Woman,” or “Brown Sugar.” But they may never surpass the success of their contemporaries, the Beatles, even if they outlive them.

Greatest rock and roll band of all time IMO.
So many great tunes.
Gimme Shelter is one of my all-time favorites.

I thought Keith Richard was 380 years old. As a group they must be approaching 500.

It's gotta be near 300 though.

I saw them in Philly in 1988 or 89 at RFK and it was amazing...and they were considered old then but they really werent. Not interested in seeing them now but I think for the younger generations that have not seen them yet its worthwhile
