Now it's my integrity? Honestly, I think you are grasping at straws. If I'm a registered Democrat who is charged with a crime, can I demand that my prosecutor be of the same political leaning? Can I demand a jury of peers from my political party? This is really insane to me. The prosecutor who happened to support a different candidate than the accused is unacceptable to present a case on charges unrelated to that election? If I'm an attorney who represents Monsanto in a case, can I not take a farmer who doesn't use Monsanto seeds as a client? With respect to your example of prosecutorial misconduct, that's a charge that has to be presented with evidence. If this attorney does something so stupid, by all means she should answer for it. Previous clients and her voting history are independent of that though. I would answer that the same way if the prosecutor was Roger Stone's neighbor's third cousin once removed.
