Has your issue with being able to post on the national board been resolved? I cancelled my subscription to the premium site at the first of the year, and now I can only view the threads over there. It tells me I have to log in, but it won’t allow me to when I click it.
I don’t post near as much as you there, but enjoy the different views.

No it has not. Sounds like the same thing that you describe. I started a new account, but can't make a single post with that one either. I can see the threads when signed in on that account, but can't post.
