OT: Refurbished Towers?

Fellas looking for a cheap refurb tower no more than $200 to be used for surfing the web & checking email, all I see is Dell or HP so opinions please....i'll probably order from Walmart.com

Have you looked on newegg.com? I built a desktop with parts from there as has a co-worker (he has built several) and never had any issues . My power supply was faulty out of the box and they shipped a new one the next day. They have refurbished towers.
