OT--Refi Rates

Hey all I know the rates have jumped up a little from last month's lows, but does anyone know of any good refi rates going on right now or which banks were giving out the goods?
Didn't think I needed to a month ago but now currently on watch for a cash out refinance.

Some banks are doing a bit of a "we can't refi right now..unless you have X amount in our bank" so just keep that in mind.
