Women who have had children are chimeras of cells containing her own genome and some fetal cells with the genomes of their children. So my wife has cells in her ovary, brain and lymph nodes that have my DNA. It is assumed these cells change female behavior in important ways but no one really knows yet.
It's close to 11 p.m. and I have a taste for some potato salad. There's so many ways to make potato salad. I like mine with potatoes of course, some chopped onion, chopped celery, boiled chopped egg, some chopped green pepper, celery seed, a little Duke's mayo and some Marzetti cole slaw dressing. If I had some green pepper and celery I'd make some right now but since I don't I'm going to bed as soon as the Yankee game is over. It's tight. Bottom of ninth , Cubs at bat, runners at 1st and 3rd, 1 out with Chapman on mound and the Yanks up 4-2. Danged it. 4-3 still one out and runners still on 1st and 3rd on a base hit by Baez. Baez steals 2nd. Runners on 1st and 2nd. Strikeout. 2 out now. Bryant up better walk him to get force out at any base. Discussion on mound. They are going to pitch to him with 1st base open. Walked him anyway. Rizzo at bat. Bases loaded. Rizzo HBP tie ball game. Danged it. Chapman just been pulled. It's taken me 22 minutes to write this post. I tired and sleepy. May try another inning or just check the score in the morning. Blown save for Chapman. OFC

The Yanks win in 18 innings. Went to bed in middle of the tenth. Set a major league record for 48 k's by both teams. Winning run scored on a ground out rbi by Castro who went 0-8. OFC
My Reds thank your Yankees for knocking off the cubs. We are now a half game up in the NL central.
Would you believe that a cheeseburger by itself, no combo now cost $4.19 at Sonics. That's gourmet cheeseburger prices once you add fries and a drink. By the time I got it home which is 5 minutes away the thing was cold and the bread was soggy. Seriously I can get a really good burger with fries or homemade chips for around $8.99 at several restaurants in my area. I believe I've made my last visit to Sonics. OFC
Do you put paprika on them. I make my deviled eggs with crumbled bacon, mayo, celery seed and paprika. OFC

I make em at home with my cooker. Definitely chips. I can't eat the spears. However there's a little place here in Lake Wylie called Sweetwater that's has pretty good ones too.
Ever try frying corn. It actually pops a little bit. Never have used paprika on them though. I wonder if you can fry pickled pigs feet. OFC
Did anyone watch Celebrity Ninja Warriors on NBC tonight. They were raising money for REDNOSEDAYUSA which is a charity for underprivileged kids. Thought it was awesome. Love kids. They are our future and not only OFC folks need them but all you generation x and millennials need them to and they deserve every chance possible . OFC

Is there anything more annoying than someone ringing a cowbell in your year at any athletic event. Was score keeping a division 6 co-ed softball game tonight which is horrible and there was a fan with a dern cowbell right below me ringing the dadblasit thing all night. OFC

Any of you guys out somewhere and you think of something that was funny and you start laughing out loud and hope no one notices and thinks you're crazy? I went to this restaurant near where I work and went into the bathroom to wash my hands. The floor had been cleaned and my shoes made that squeaking sound. It made me think of that Cheers episode where Cliff sold all the guys those cheap mail ordered shoes. When all of them started walking their shoes started squeaking real loud. Made me laugh.
