Don't you just hate it when you're sending a text, and you’re so rudely interrupted by a stupid jogger, bouncing off your windscreen?

Well, it reminds me of my own experience when I got pulled over for a DUI, which was a bogus charge, because it turns out they were stopping every vehicle down that particular sidewalk. That’s profiling. And profiling is wrong!
