Picked up our Charcoal lab pup last Friday. Haven’t had a pup in 13 years. Forgot how bad puppies suck. Miss my 13 year old chocolate. He was as dependable as turning on the water.

Your new pup will be that way, too. Then you'll be laughing years from now. The first few/several nights always suck with newly weaned dewgs. They're used to having their brothers and sisters around.

I get it. Just forgot what little ***** they are. On the bright side no accidents inside. Goes to the door when needs to go. I know it will happen but pretty good for 8 1/2 weeks

Have a 9mo pup now. Smaller cavapoo. Way too much personality for one dog but can’t imagine the house without her.

Train them up the right way before they train you up their way. Best advice I was given by the owner of the mom of our puppy.

Puppies are easy. Get them on a steady routine. Play. Chew. Potty. Sleep. Have that routine go about 5x a day and the days over. Before you know it that little puppy will be a full grown dog. Take lots of pictures and enjoy it. Puppyhood doesnt last long.

I adore dogs, and most of all, I love the time when they are puppies. Puppies are just adorable creatures, it's impossible to get mad at them, and it's impossible not to love them.
I recently bought myself a Samoyed dog after a long break. My dog also died about 5 years ago, and I was alone long ago. I couldn't get a new dog for a long time, and finally, it happened. I've already forgotten what a wonderful feeling it is when a friend from work meets you and just loves you. I also forgot that samoyeds fart, and it stinks very much. Yes, this is probably the only negative, but people also fart. Even so, I am happy to have a new friend.

We bought littermates a year and a couple of months ago. Mini Aussie doodles. Miniature being relative, 38 and 29 lbs. First few months were a challenge. 1 +1 = 6 in pups, but they are irreplaceable in our home now. Great dispositions !
