Do not rent from Public Storage. Both elevators have been broken for 6 weeks. On site staff have no info. No reply to phone message to district manager. No information on when it will be fixed. Humping stuff up and downs stairs! Customer service gave no information on anticipated repairs and just issued a worthless credit on $25. Thanks for nothing.
