OT: Pressing Mississippi Issues

Don’t know how many of y’all. Caught candidate Tate Reeves newest campaign commercial but I am so proud to know that we have a candidate that’s willing to fight for our tag plates. I couldn’t think of anything I’d rather our legislators to focus on than this issue. Jobs , Healthcare and Education be damned, they can take a back seat. Those out of town liberals will never take our right to put whatever we please on our tags.

I dislike the color scheme (you're generous by calling it dust). I switched to a specialty car tag & thanks to pure randomness it's reminiscent of SPS so I get a kick out of it.

Well hell while we're at it. There are a bunch of cars in the Jackson area that have smoke colored plastic over their license plates so you can't read them. Major WTF .

I really don't understand this. Seems like wanting to hide your license plate number would be reasonable suspicion to stop and search a car. You'd think if it's legal to require that license plates be shown and visible while operating the vehicle that it would be legal to stop people who try to cover the license plates up.
