OT - Possible Move

Have some possible opportunities in Raleigh, Jacksonville, & Tampa/Estero area. Anyone live here? Looking for some pros and cons.

Jacksonville suuuuuuucks. I hear Raleigh/Durham is really nice. Tampa...I mean, Florida in general is a bizarre place that I am glad I don't live in anymore.

Jax is alright, Tampa is sweet. The whole state of NC is doggy-doo. Except maybe OBX and Asheville.

Fla - nice perk with no state tax Completely disagree about NC - great state, I live in CHarlotte, which I prefer to Raleigh, but you would only be 2 hours from the ocean

Live in Raleigh now- been in the Carolinas for ~14 years now. No place is perfect, but Raleigh’s a great, vibrant city. Housing here is white hot.
