Ha..have you played golf there? Incredible place...we stayed once and everything was awesome. We're thinking about going for spring training in 2016. TPC was fun too..Mexican food is great as well.
I have but not really a golfer. We go Juy into August and last year when I went out I lasted about 4 holes and decided I'd rather go drink Bloody Mary's. Lol

Hike Pinnacle Peak if you get to Scottsdale

Great suggestion but not for the faint of heart. I hiked Pinnacle Peak with my brother and his wife a few months ago. It's rated as a relatively beginner level course and I am a beginner level hiker.

Not a walk in the park. The changes in elevations from the end of the trail head back to the start are pretty significant IMHO. I made it, but I no longer consider myself a hiker. I was happy when it was over.

So how bad is the forest fire problem in the Prescott area? I assume if you live amongst the pines it is bad. What about the communities? Do they regularly get hit?
