Not sure if anyone is even paying attention to the anti-trust case at this point since it's a year away from being heard, but judge on case issued a split ruling on document questions.
LIV entered all PGA Tour documentation into the case (by laws, regs, etc). PGA countered by saying that LIV should have to show everything as well. LIV argued they shouldn't have to show anything including financial details, business information, etc. Judge agreed with LIV that certain aspects of LIV contracts, financial details, can remain redacted but stuff like media access, social media regulations, sponsorship rules, etc. are to be unredacted. LIV is also required to now make available all their by laws and regulations.
