Wanted to post this a couple days ago. I have a family member with an interview today with OPPD for a Customer Operations Analyst position . I was hoping if anybody who works for them might have any tips for interviewing with OPPD or some little factoid they would share that they thought was helpful when they or know someone who got hired.

Would appreciate it, Thanks

I'm the Director of Talent Acquisition @OPPD. Would be more than happy to help. Our nterview process is targeted to do deep dives on performance related skills and behavioral tendencies. In a nutshell, we're looking for technically competent, critical thinkers, who are aligned to the District's mission, vision, and values.

Good luck. I hope everything goes well for him!
