Was about to say, some of those allegations are similar to his harassment of Tyson Carter.

I've seen him a couple times at Ground Zero. If the social climate in the early 2000s was like it was now, he would be out of work.

I did too, but only because Freeman is a late comer to the bandwagon and Shep is probably our most famous alum not named Manning.

Nope. Hell no! Not happening. They can have Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein, but I draw the line at Morgan Freeman. That dude is one of the greatest actors in the history of entertainment.

Apparently he's one of those who thinks that fame brings with it all sorts of liberties. Flirting is one thing ... lifting a skirt is another altogether.

I had no idea he was an Ole Miss alum. He's a good actor, but I've gotten tired of seeing him every time I tune into the Science Channel or any of the others in that group.

You are assuming this is all true.

Yes, but where there's smoke there's often fire, and of course, the journalist would have researched the charges well before writing the article, right? ** With other famous persons it has turned out to be the true.

Honestly, there's probably not many males alive who haven't flirted, and many have pushed the envelope a little. Most back off if the "vibes" say to do so, but continue if they indicate all is well. And many times what was welcome at the time might be construed as unwelcome later on, and the guy is taken to task when he really shouldn't be.

I guess that’s my point.

Being a creep doesn’t mean you harassed someone. It just means you’re a creep.

Now I’m not saying he didn’t harass, but **** is getting out of control on the “after the fact” accusations.

He attended for a while but didn't graduate ... I'm guessing too much partying and drinking and not enough studying. So he doesn't fit our usual definition of an alum.

Yes, I agree, and it's probably going to get worse before it gets better. I can easily see a person that is famous thinking he/she can get away with just about anything.

I think he got his break and took it before he graduated. He left school a few credits shy.

I don’t think Morgan is an alumni, they adopted

Him to boost their image which is not looking like such a great move right now. Add it to the list of bad moves.

Everything is an after the fact accusation. The man tried to lift a girls skirt and made comments about her appearance. It is not equal to sexual assault or rape. It's not good, and definitely makes him a creep, but not a serial rapist like Crosby or Weinstein.

I equate this to Al Franken's stuff. Just an old dude, trying to use the moves that got him tail in the late 70s and 80s with women today.... That **** doesn't fly anymore and you are now getting called on it whereas back then, women didn't have the balls to call you out and just put up with it.

Time to pay the piper.

He looks pretty old, probably old enough to have been college age before integration so he would have had to have gone to a black college.
