Now...Bondi !!!!!!!!

Only the best people.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Everything is a stupid one-liner with 6 emoji's. You're such an intellectual lightweight. I'm guessing you are 16 or 17 years old? That would be my honest guess.

Bondi is garbage. Trump has made some terrible appointments (more in 1.0 but a few in his second term). Anyone notice the Dems have almost never ripped on Bondi like they do Hegseth, Kennedy, etc? That speaks volumes.

The ripping on Hegseth is lame...it is about the fact that he has had a few drinks in his life, who the **** cares about that. Good lord, back in the 50's and 60's and 70's those dudes would drink during the day in their office.

I can't stand people that freak out about people that drink.

We got a betting thread on another site about which incompetent boob is the next Trump casualty.
It's between Kegseth, Gabbard, or Patel.

Which one would you pick?
Any insider tips?

FYI...Tulsi leads in the voting.

I am not stomping my feet about marriage. I am stomping my feet asking people WHY they need a piece of paper saying they are married when you can still have a ceremony without that.

All I ask is why do you need the signed piece of paper, does it make you love your wife more?
Once married, aren't we all legally required to get a piece of paper stating we're married?

Only if you want it to be legal in the eyes of the government.

But then you have to ask yourself, is that why you are getting married? So that you can fill out a piece of paper for the government?

Or are you getting married because of the desire to fulfill the sacrament of marriage?

Like, I have no idea if you are married, but if you are...on your special day, did you look around and make eye contact with your country clerk and give him/her a head nod, thanking them for being there on your special day?

I will admit you bring some fun to this board - and we agree on a lot with NU football. I've learned not to take you too serious on politics because you like to pop in and pop out of conversations and keep it light. Got it.

But this marriage thing is just kinda weird man. I have tried to diagnose (guess) what has happened to you in terms of marriage - for the life of me I don't get it. You bring up the "piece of paper" and "clerks" with head nods, etc. It's just kinda weird.

I mean, this is a post board. You (and me) should take nothing seriously at all.

Like my 4th wife said to me one time "You suck at sex"

Now, that has nothing to do with our posts but I just still remember it like it was yesterday.

Is it a thing where your running buddies from your youth got married and grew up a bit and left you behind?

This thread had so much potential but degenerated into the usual political and personal pabulum on this site.

Can we get back on track?

The pictures are legit, Kristi is a hot mess, and I'm a native Nebraskan living in the Black Hills for the past decade. Noem was lucky to win her last governor race in this supposedly "Red" state, though it's always been more rural populist than party oriented. Lots of middle-roaders in this state.

Having said that, the Noems are considered by many folks here to be weird. And they are. She's long been a performative liar, and her cucked husband apparently has PTSD, or he's just happy. Who knows?

All I read in your text was "pictures" and "Kristi is hot." Lol j/k.

She seemed normal from my vantage point when she was a Governor, but I admit igorance because I don't follow SD politics. When she got to the cabinet and dressed like she did when around the military and security - it was super weird. The whole thing was just odd. So the Lewandowski thing and husband kink - more than I suspected, but not a huge shock. She's a barbie doll and seems to get a lot in life based on her looks. JMO.

Every single person in politics is a full on psychopath or borderline. The amount of narcissism you have to have to take yourself that seriously for that many years while doing actually nothing of consequence is literally the definition of abnormal, neuro-divergent. The average person can feel important for a little while before they just want to get out of the spotlight and go back to working to make the world a better place, but politicians, entertainers seem to have a pathological need to get attention and be important, of course at the sacrifice of doing anything meaningful which requires hard work and time. Can we name the last president who had a real job, or produced anything of value?

What?

Do you hate him so much you can't see what he has produced? Aye yay yay. I totally get your point about being narcissistic, pathological even. I don't defend his personality. But your last sentence about a real job ad producing something of value? Dude, c'mon. Blinders off.

I dont know if its as simple as what you're making it.

While I agree, the government shouldn't be involved in marriage life, they are. And because they are, sometimes you need to adjust to their rules.

For example, if we didnt have the government our marriage and our assets were in my name & I died, I dont think my wife would have the right to those assets. Same thing with taxes. I believe filing jointly can help lower your tax bracket.

Two things can be true at the same time.
1) You get married to fulfill the desire of the sacrament of marriage and
2) You still have the government recognize it so you or your spouse don't get screwed over by the government if you don't have them recognize it.

She was actually a pretty crappy Governor during covid IF you were against lock downs and such.

She tried acting all tough against the lock downs and masks well after people started to really push back on them.

As a businessman, Donald Trump primarily produced a portfolio of high-end real estate, luxury hotels, golf courses, and branded consumer products through The Trump Organization

Key business accomplishments and ventures include:
  • Real Estate Development: Iconic projects include Trump Tower, Trump World Tower, and several hotel properties.
  • Golf Courses & Hospitality: A significant portion of income comes from upscale golf courses, including locations in Florida and Scotland.
  • Licensing & Branding: He licensed his name for products, including clothing, furniture, and food items, in addition to commercial properties, although many of these licensing deals have faded.
  • Media and Television: Served as executive producer and host of The Apprentice and The Celebrity Apprentice.
  • Newer Ventures: Later ventures included the launch of the social media platform Truth Social and a foray into cryptocurrency

You may hate him, scoff at some of his projects - but you cannot say as a businessman he hasn't produced anything. He wasn't a community organizer like Barry or a lifetime politician like Biden or a simply a product of a political family like the Bushes.

It would not surprise me if he was not in office a year from now. The mental decline is Bidenesque to the point where its harder to hide it each day. Set up Vance for 2 years and see how it goes in 28. Democrats cant get put of their own way as it stands. Bleak outlook in general

I don't understand this. I watched a mashed potato (Biden) in the White House for 4 years and didn't hear a peep from the media and the left. Now they are all over this supposed decline in the guy they hate. Do you have some video links or clips of him being Bidenesque - because I'm very open to the idea. Just like the Epstein list - if he did anything illegal, toss him.

I just saw him speaking and he seemed very normal. I've seen a time or two where he looks more 80 than he did in the first term, but I don't see him falling down repeatedly like Biden, mumbling and slurring and getting lost at the podium, having Jill point where to go. I'm not saying Biden is the standard for leaving office, but I just don't see it anywhere close.

That being said, I actually think your thought of him leaving in a year could happen. I wouldn't bet on it, but it's interesting if he loses the House and knows he's in for impeachment 4 more times... he paves the way for Vance. Shrug. Not outside the realm of possibilities.

This was from the mindless Supreme Court Justice Brown yesterday. It's bewildering to think she is on the Supreme Court of the United States.

If I go to Mexico and get caught for theft - I can become a citizen of Mexico in her mind. Mexico and I would have a level of "allegiance" after the theft.

And the left cheers her on and thinks WE are the weird ones. Some serious mental illness with Kentaji and her followers.

She's retarded. That's what you get from a DEI hire.

I don't follow SD politics that closely, but many times I have heard that her journey -- or slow evolution -- from relatively normal Congresswoman to attention seeking crazed dog-killer bewildered her political allies and friends.

Aside from the many plastic surgeries, which have totally transformed her appearance (for the worse) and turned her into a troglodyte-face, she seemed drunk with power and perks, and apparently can't get enough of them.

In her second governor's race, this caused problems and she won by a single percentage point against a moderate Dem. She was rescued by the Secretary job, but her career at this point has really cratered. I don't think she will come back to SD.

I'm sure she and Corey will figure something out and continue their parasitic ways.

Poor Sarah is derided in Alaska these days.

I appreciate the response. What I gather is he built a few things with his name on it...(very politician like), he bought some golf courses, and he was an actor(very politician like). The apprentice was by far his most successful venture and a large reason why he was elected. Even your targeted search that leaves out all of his failures and transgressions like destroying the USFL doesn't really speak volumes for his production, but you at least have an argument, which I appreciate. I guess a better way to look at it...without his political career, once he is dead, what will he be remembered for? Some upscale golf courses, some buildings with his name on it? There is a reason he moved into acting...he was a far better actor than businessman, and he is a far better politician than businessman. The sad thing is...relative to everyone before him, he has probably done the most outside of politics than any president since maybe Carter. Who at least had a real job.

I fully acknowledge his failures - both in and out of office. I'm just suggesting that it's in accurate to say we haven't had a President who produced anything outside of politics. He definitely has. If we are judging character, yes I think Carter is a world class human being and I think Reagan was too.

But if this is about producing things - Romney was a good choice for that, and he was rejected by a country fixated on a community organizer who had done absolutely nothing outside of smoking a lot of pot and giving a good speech.

I do like that some are bagging on her looks when she is clearly the hottest girl any of you would have ever hooked up with and it is not even close.
