OT: NJ Anchor payments have started

I got a direct deposit today of my NJ Anchor payment, so clearly payments have started. It is clear that the payment does not constitute income for New Jersey tax purposes. I don't know whether there has been a determination of whether it is taxable for federal tax purposes.

It is not considered income for federal tax purposes. BTW, moderators, thanks for cleaning up this thread!

The best plan is to have a high AGI to not have to worry about these.
