Beautiful except for the rear end. It looks Asian over-sculpted.
I see a take off from the 959, which was a total chubber back in the day. I agree that is appears to be overdone in the Mission. New Porsche CEO, who came over from Ferrari, is bringing that design, pricing, and marketing strategy with him. Less cars, scarcity and more profit. Hopefully designs don't get as garish as some of the new Ferraris.

1. The Mach 5 did that better. Plus, it had a mechanical bird in the hood.
2. Histrionics aside, it kind of looks like a squished Tesla Pick Up truck.
3. I have an i4 - which I like. I hope that BMW does electrify their convertible version of the 4 series.
4. However, I would prefer something along the lines of this.....

And for us hydrocarbon hillbillies , the Uncle Jed Clampett rich ones only, new Porsche revealed today too .

All we need is the beltway full of guys trying to fly over each other. I’m no fan of Elon, but when you basically put a guy with a six year olds mentality in charge of making cars this is what you get (along with the trash box that is the Cybertruck). It’s an amazing feat of engineering to be sure. Porsche’s new model is beautiful but yeah, wrong day fellas….

Interesting negative comments about Tesla, they won't sell, the next Delorean, etc. I live in Lancaster County not exactly a super rich demographic, and I see various Tesla models all over the place. As far as the high price of this newest release, of course it will be.....and then it will come down over time. Still expensive, but not $200K expensive.

Hate Musk if you will, but the guy is an innovator and a genius. I'm not going to hate on his products because of his political beliefs and because he isn't a warm fuzzy kind of guy. He just creates great stuff!

Teslas are as ubiquitous in NoVA as Subaru’s are in Vermont - most of my friends have one (they all passed on Cybertrucks though). People think Musk invented Tesla - he didn’t. But, like with Space X, he’s pushing them to their limits. He’s less like Steve Jobs and more like a gilded age railroad tycoon - just has enough money to throw at anything he can think of and sometimes it works. What we do know is that he should stick to tech/engineering development and GTFO of everything else. He was also on the right side of OpenAI though he lost that fight in court unfortunately….

I gotta admit my inner Science Fiction child thought that it was pretty neat but that was my 10 year old self.
Every time I see that stupid cyber truck I think of the episode of The Simpsons where Homer's lost brother (voice of Danny Devito) lets Homer build a car.

Back end looks like a 90’s Chrysler “performance” model

+1. they should have stopped after the rear wheels. It looks horrible and takes away from the rest of the car.
And, you cant see it in that photo, but I don't like the front fascia either. 🤷‍♂️
