Eligibility rules may go away entirely, unless the NCAA decides that the 5 year/4 year rule (with noted exceptions and case by case review) is the hill to die on.

Pavia will be 24 next year, obviously it's about $$$ but at some point you'd think a person would want to move to the next stage of life.
