The navy seal that shot Bin Laden @mchooyah was asked who his favorite SEC team was. His reply Miss State. Thought this was kind of cool

He spoke at Insurance Day. Gave a helluva presentation. Rang his cowbell and got a ball of Edam. The cheese won him over......

Yeah - Swiftboat Team 22 is based on the Pearl River at Stennis. See them maneuvering all the time in Biloxi on the Back Bay.

In Mark Owen's book, "No Easy Day", he says that DEVGRU (Seal Team 6) selection and training takes place in Mississippi.

There's a rumor that SEAL's use MSU for research. Not sure what type of research.

Next Trojan horse is the dairy cow. Gonna infiltrate the infidels using state of the art cow camouflage. Moo State!!

This is not actually a cow but a well trained navy seal killing machine.

It’s a shooting range facility in West Desoto County they use for training. Law enforcement uses it a lot as well.

Post BUD/S, SEALs

are sent to training all over. Part of this includes weapons training, which involves a portion that takes place at Mid-South Institute, at Lake Cormorant, MS.

There's actually a pretty funny story in one of Brandon Webb's (I think???) book about some ST6 guys being in Desoto County during training, involving some unfortunate rednecks.

Basically, a bunch of ST6 dudes were in a blacked out van, used to carry them around. Well the van had Virginia tags and the dude driving it was some geek Navy Tech, for the SEALs.

Anyway, they came up to a stop sign, and these rednecks pulled up next to the van and started yelling and throwing ****, calling the guy a "yankee" and telling him to go home.

Obviously, they had no idea anyone was in the van, besides the nerdy tech (being that it was blacked out).

Well, the SEALs in the back told the tech to pull up at the next stop sign (this was at night, in the middle of nowhere) next to the rednecks.

When the tech did, they rolled the door open and jumped the rednecks before they even knew what was going on. You've gotta remember, these dudes train this snatch & grab maneuver pretty much daily, so this is like asking Babe Ruth to hit a HR. They then beat the **** out of them, and drove to the gas stations down the road, and locked them in (after making them strip naked).

They told the attendant that there was some drunk dudes causing trouble in the bathroom, and that they were locked in, and for the guy to call the cops.

The cops then showed up and unlocked the bathroom, to find the guys inside, beat up and naked. The rednecks had no clue what had happened to them.

Moral of the story, don't 17 with nerd looking dudes driving blacked out vans in Desoto County, MS.

Not to **** on your story, and it may be true, but Brandon Webb is a known liar who is not very well liked by his peers partly because of his fabricated stories. He also tried to sneak onto the NRA board but folks found out about his past statements that run contrary to the 2A. He is an asshat.

All of that said, the SEALS do a lot of training in that area. One was actually killed in a shoot house a few years ago at that facility, I believe.

Shouldn't you have fuzzed out certain parts in that picture to be within board rules? **

Robert O'Neill does some consulting work for a company located in Starkville. I believe he comes to starkville a couple times a year. Pretty sure he's been to a couple football games.

Yeah Brandon isn't

well liked in the community, mostly bc he has lied about his service and actions.

That's why I wasn't sure if it was in his book, but now that I think about it, it was Howard Wasdin's book.

It's been a few years so I cannot remember, exactly, and I've read so many of them (and others).

6 trained for the binLaden mission in Desoto County. I think it’s considefed Walls, but it’s middle of nowhere.

I have a law enforcement friend that volunteered as a bad guy. Basically, off duty cops and deputies are charged with holding hostages in a building, and they wait. Pretty intense, knowing you’re the bad guy and Seal Team 6 is coming at some point.

Cowbell that killed Ben Laden?

Sharpened razor sharp, or with a spitting Cobra wrapped around the clanger?

We were driving down alongside of the intercostal waterway in Orange Beach one day and saw a boat load of them , fully armed, coming westward down the canal at full speed. I asked my wife if they were practicing in case they had to rescue LuLu's from radical Indiana Fans?

Yes he does consulting for a local company in starkville. I've been around him a few times when he is in town. He has some pretty incredible stories.
