Yes. Just like Barty's comeback down 5-1 to win.
Only a few athletes ever have that "factor" to never quit and prevail.

Epic comeback. Nadal has has the heart and fighting spirit of a true champion.

Maybe the outcome would have been different if Djokovic was in the draw - or not...he lost to Medvedev in straight sets at the US Open - but decided instead to play stupid games, and win a stupid prize. Oh well.

The Joker dealt himself out. One could argue woulda coulda shoulda, but the fact remains that Nadal won another grand slam event.

Can't control who the draw has you playing. We are spoiled by Nadal, and his commitment to the sport.

I’ll always believe that Federer at his peak was the best player the sport has ever seen — and that’s what drove Nadal & Djokovic to elevate to other levels, but there’s no denying Nadal’s accomplishments. Nothing you can do but tip your cap to him.

would love to see a tournament with these players with the smaller racquets they used in the 70s... but not that giant Prince racquet from 1976... which lead to what we see today.
