Wasnt impressed. He looked like baby *** pouting myles. Couldnt catch the ball in the post, was a liability on offense and didnt look engaged
We know why he’s there…Imo for basketball his move didnt make sense. His strengths do not fit with the style UCLA plays
That’s a bit of an overreaction. He doesn’t seem to fit what UCLA is doingAs I’ve been saying repeatedly drawing so much ire. Soft, untalented and uncoordinated. Couldnt catch a cold in Siberia. Major hindrance. Not a P5 offensive player.
To get a graduate engineering degree? Why is he there?
Another post that sucks. As I’ve been saying repeatedly drawing so much ire. Soft, untalented and uncoordinated. Couldnt catch a cold in Siberia. Major hindrance. Not a P5 offensive player.
I agree. He did not look comfortable out there. It will take time for him to gel with his teammates. He was a lot more aggressive when he played here.He looked awkward, like he had not developed UCLA game intuition yet. I suspect that will improve substantially.
Between you and that asshat Shelby you guys are clueless. Myles I impacted the game not just with blocked shots but altered shots and his defense chasing guards was really good . UCLA ‘s comeback was sparked by his defensive impact and Cronin could have played the other center but kept Myles in there. Bills was also raving about him.Wasnt impressed. Totally true. Myles' standard pic move is a foul in the Big Ten and not in the Pac 10. That alone makes transferring to UCLA a good move for him.I watched whole game. One thing I did notice was a pick that Myles made and several over the backs that the whistle happy big 10 refs would have called a foul on Myles were rightfully ignored by the pac 12 ref crew.
Had 11 points vs Mississippi Valley State. Not a game to really draw much from. Made his one 3 and both free throws, so I guess good for him.How has Montez Mathis looked thus far?
This. I only caught the last 2 mins of regulation and then OT. But Myles was a difference maker the whole time on D, and also on O rebounding. The fact that he was in the game when it counted and his minutes doubled from game 1 to 2 tells you what the coach of the #2 ranked team in the country thinks of Myles.Between you and that asshat Shelby you guys are clueless. Offensively , the 5 out style was all one and one with UCLA having better shooters. Suprised you didn’t say your stupid comment that they do not run an offense as if you were watching both UCLA and Villanova they both ran isolation one on one all night. UCLA hardly passed inside because Huzang was on fire and their guards and wings were all attacking one on one . He had plenty of impact in that game considering the way UCLA plays.
Except last game I think he only played about 12 minutes last night he played 36 minutesSecond straight game with 2 points, 5 boards…ouch
Why is he there?
That's what I was hoping you would say. I thought you were referring to some devious, fake B.S. that many of the experts on this board say when they actually know nothing but want to push an agenda. To get a graduate engineering degree?
