B1G doesn’t look down to me. Good win for MSU. These are the types of wins that help the B1G get 9 teams in the NCAAT instead of 7 or 8.

ACC already has some rough losses from UL, BC, Cuse and FSU. Those types of OOC losses is how you wind up with 5 teams in the NCAAT.

Not bad for a "Down year", B1G is 33-2. Only conference close is Big 12 at 23-3.

Was rooting hard for Michigan State because it will make the game at MSG enormous. It would be a neutral win over MSU who would have beaten Kentucky on a neutral and Kentucky should be top 10 by February.
Watching a bunch of teams and a number of name teams continue to go down , Louisville again and Syracuse to Colgate. Others do not look so good. Kentucky and Duke so far , UNC struggled again with Gardner Webb . Cannot say I have seen 1 dominant team yet. Going to be a really interesting year. Conference championships are up for grabs.

MSU has a Good SOS to date, while we are playing cupcakes. Hopefully this doesn't come back to bite us in the a$$ come selection day. Not sure why we don’t schedule some better teams OOC. IMO if u want to be considered an upper tier team u have to play a stronger OOC schedule

Kentucky has so much talent and skill but what I saw was just a bunch of iso ball and just watching 1 or 2 guys just break down the defense. It's very telling that despite their talent level, they haven't won a bunch of national titles in recent years.

Also have to remember they are constantly integrating news players every year due to 1 and dones. Hard to get everyone acclimated as a team

Last season, Rutgers made the dance with a POS pre B1G SOS. I'm not too worried about the pre B1G SOS. Get the wins, play well during the B1G, the dance will be calling whether or not the team is "elite".
