some say Michigan will be down this year this is a great early season test to show otherwise. Big 10 has been pretty awful this year OOC so its a win we need

If St. John’s wins or loses a close one, I’ll take that as a good sign for our season, considering our OT loss to them in the exhibition game.

Xavier and Purdue play the late game. Make or break day for the Big 10 today, two losses will have a lot of people writing off the conference.

Michigan has been great so far. Two blowouts over okay-ish mid majors and they also beat Marquette in a scrimmage.

Blew through the 16 minute timeout, almost down to 12 minutes before the ball went out of bounds. Those guys needed a break!

Watching these teams always makes me wonder why we can’t play like this, not even speed wise but the spacing is always so good and no one ever passes up a good shot. Ever since I can remember during the Pike era we always seem hesitant too shoot pass up a good look for a contested one.

The little point guard on Michigan is playing great. Set up three wide open threes off the press break / penetration, they have just missed them in past five mins

Michigan looks pretty good. Rooting for them for NET purposes as painful as that is... B1G needs to get back on track in the non-con

It has taken Pitino less than a year to be favored against Michigan. Say what you want about him, but the guy can recruit and he can coach. Love the tie and sport jacket on the sidelines too.

Michigan has terrific 3 point shooters and scored 48 points in the first half. They might be the surprise team in the B1G Ten scoring over 75 points per game.

Michigan's guard play has been superb. And of course we have to play them twice - our guards better improve a lot by then or else they'll spank us. We absolutely want them and Purdue and everyone else in the B1G to win OOC, though.

If you are watching the game, you just saw Exhibit A of why you don’t press teams will good guards. Michigan is shredding St. John’s press and getting lay up after lay up.

Damn these two teams don’t like to play any D. And rebounding? My God these teams are lazy on the o boards.
